Description
Obtained from selected Italian olives, characterized by harmonious and balanced fruitiness. The result is a fruity oil between light and medium, predominantly ripe, enriched with aromatic sensations of almond and pine nut. On the palate the sweet and round note prevails, accompanied by spicy and bitter of light intensity.
Pairings: delicate taste, it goes well with fish products, white meats, salads, fish soups
