The typical Taggiasca olive, of small but variable size, very fleshy, of a dark color that is not homogeneous, is a rare and precious variety. The Taggiasca Olive Patè is produced with the sole addition of extra virgin olive oil and aromas, to keep its unmistakable taste intact. It is used simply on canapés, or added to very simple first courses, or in combination with anchovies, tuna, fresh or aged cheeses.
