Produced in limited quantities exclusively from RAZZOLA variety olives grown in Ponzano Superiore, in TENUTA LA NUDA, on the ridge of the BRINA along the Via Francigena. The area, a destination for excursions due to its high naturalistic value, is characterized by the mineral soil rich in outcropping serpentinites of metamorphic origin. The olive grove faces south-west in a large, gently sloping basin, protected from the Tramontana winds that frequently beat the ridge. The particular pedoclimatic conditions, combined with the peculiar characteristics of Razzola, create an oil with a strong personality, characterized by a harmonious and well-defined fruitiness, where the sweet note is enriched with aromatic sensations typical of the rustic spontaneous vegetation.

Pairings: particularly suitable for vegetables, salads, shellfish and white meats
