Produced in limited quantities from olives grown in the “Tenuta Terre d’Amare”, on the hills of Riomaggiore, in the protected area of the Cinque Terre. The olive grove, characterized by traditional dry stone walls overlooking the sea, is associated with the breeding of bees. The mild temperatures, the constant presence of sea breezes and the south-east exposure of the steep rocky slope create a unique oil, distinctly sweet and enveloping, rich in the aromas of the Mediterranean scrub.
